My Name is Lesley Potts and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers invest in real estate properties and homes in Southern New Jersey area including Westampton, Eastampton, Medford Township, Medford Lakes, Evesham Township, Marlton, Southampton, Vincentown, Tabernacle, Lumberton, Shamong, Mount Laurel, Hainesport, and the surrounding areas.

I've been in the real estate industry for nearly 10 years. I started my career with Century 21 as an assistant to a top producing agent.  During my time as an assistant, I honed specific skills to both buy and sell homes with expert negotiating skills. I learned various alternative methods to secure the best financial outcome for our clients in innovative ways. In 2010, I became a licensed REALTOR ® myself. Upon completing real estate school and continued apprenticeship, I became an agent with Exit Realty of Cherry Hill.  Recently, Exit Realty of Cherry Hill merged with Exit Realty JP Rothermel in Medford. I am very happy to call JP Rothermel my new home! It is a perfect place for me to continue to grow professionally. The unique Exit Formula allowed me the opportunity to build my business and prepare for my future. 

I grew up in Long Island New York and Maine. I attended Farmington College and pursued a management career for over twenty years. I have combined my real estate and business acumen to offer the best of all scenarios for my clients. Recently, I earned a certification as a Money Merge Consultant providing an opportunity to negotiate the highest net return for sellers as well as the best financial terms for buyers. I have built an arsenal of marketing, research and technological skills to benefit my clients. I take every opportunity to hone my skills and further my education in sales and marketing. My goal is to provide my clients with the best service and fast results. Although I am quite familiar with all parts of New Jersey, I focus my attention on the tri-county area of Burlington, Camden and Atlantic Counties in Southern New Jersey.
